1. Service Delivery Model: Since Sky Web Solutions delivers intangible, custom digital services (including UI/UX designs, web framework setups, and source codes), a project cannot be canceled once development begins based on mutual agreement.

2. Cancellation: Clients can request a cancellation of an order or annual maintenance contract before the technical assessment or design phase starts. Once work is initiated, cancellations are not processed.

3. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only initiated under exceptional circumstances, such as if our team fails to deliver the committed service scope within the agreed timeline.

4. Processing Refunds: Eligible refunds will be processed directly through the integrated payment gateway (Razorpay) to the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card) within 5-7 business days.
